Produced a very nice looking thesis. It was possible to meet them beforehand, where they (Ben) made a great suggestion for my cover. Communication via email was also easy, clear, and quick. Maybe sometimes a bit too quick, leading to misunderstandings, but those were always professionally resolved.
I did not deal with other printing offices in The Netherlands but I think this is the best. It is difficult to find such like those people, Mr. Ben, Mehmet, Hassan,..etc. who are professional , very helpful, patient, and kind. Hopefully; I can see them one day!.
